GAF Energy completes construction on solar shingle manufacturing facility in Texas
GAF Energy, a Standard Industries company, announced it has completed construction on its second manufacturing facility making its Timberline Solar Energy Shingle (ES). The 450,000-ft2 building in Georgetown, Texas, just outside Austin, will have an annual production capacity of 250 MW of the solar shingles. Full operation is planned by the end of this year.…
