Nucor signs 250-MW PPA with NextEra Energy Resources
Nucor Corporation partners with Sebree Solar, NextEra Energy Resources’ subsidiary, for a 250 MW solar energy deal from a 400-MW solar project in Kentucky. Slated to start construction this fall, the 1st phase—Sebree Solar I is part of Nucor’s broader sustainability push, complementing a 2021 wind-energy agreement.
