Duke Energy to sell utility-scale Commercial Renewables business for $2.8b
Duke Energy will sell its unregulated Commercial Renewables business to Brookfield Renewable for around $2.8 billion. Duke Energy plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet, and focus on regulated businesses and renewables investments
