Professor Ajewole’s death shocking, says Sultan of Sokoto
The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, has expressed shock at the murder of Professor Opeyemi Ajewole of the University of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. In a statement released by the secretary to the Sultanate Council, Sai’du Maccido, the Sultan, who is also the Chancellor of the premier university, sympathised with the deceased’s family.
