Over 66,000 dependants accompanied Nigerian UK students in one year – Report
Data from the Home Office of the United Kingdom on Thursday revealed that 66,796 dependant visas were issued to families of Nigerian students who obtained study visas from March 2022 to March 2023. This is a 146.1 per cent increase from the 27,137 dependants who migrated to the UK from March 2021 to March 2022.
